What is your return and exchange policy?

Do you offer international shipping
Currently we offer shipping within Canada and to USA only.
How much is shipping?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $119CAD, and a flat rate of $25 if under $119CAD. Flat rate of $25 to USA
What are the shipping times?
Please allow 1-2 business days to fulfill your order. Current shipping time within Canada is. (). Current shipping time to USA is (). Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any shipping delays or lost/damaged parcels. Please ensure that the shipping information is correct.
How can I track my order once it's been placed?
Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email with details about your order and tracking number (if applicable).
Do you offer in spa pickup?
Yes, you can! Just click the “pick up” option at checkout and we’ll have it ready for pickup that same day if the order was placed within business hours.
I have an issue with my order, what do I do?
Something not quite right with your order? Don’t worry, the Voka Deka customer service team is ready to help. Email us at info@vokadeka.com and advise us of your issue. We’ll endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all credit cards, cash, and PayPal.
How do I know which skincare products are best for my skin type?

Are your skincare products vegan-friendly and gluten free?

General Questions:
Do your facials include extractions?
Yes, if you want them! All of our facials are designed to include extractions when needed. If you think you will need a lot of extractions, the ‘Deep Pore Customize’ is our facial designed with the most time for extractions. We perform manual extractions with gloves on & using the ultrasonic tool.
How do I prepare for my facial?
If this is your first visit, please make sure to fill out our new client form online. You are welcome to arrive with makeup on, but if you can, try to arrive without makeup so we can devote the entire facial to your modality. Please turn off your cell phone and be ready to relax and enjoy the pampering. We will have you change into a spa wrap, but make sure to wear comfy bottoms if possible.
Do you numb the earlobes for ear-piercing?
We have spent over +30 years perfecting our ear piercing process, to make it as swift and pain-free as possible. For that reason we do not apply numbing cream at our spa. However, you are more than welcome to apply it yourself, 20-30 mins prior to your appointment.
Do you offer parking?
Unfortunately we do not offer Free parking space. We advise you arrive early so you can find a parking spot along Granville and 7th St. There is street parking, meter parking, and free 2 hours parking in the area.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
At Voka Deka we believe that time is the most precious thing, and we understand that sometime life happens. So, in order for us to continue offering the most efficient and effective services, we require at least a 24 hour notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
